To become an Owens Corning Preferred Roofing Contractor, companies need to demonstrate that they are willing and able to be expert roofing contractors. In order to have the opportunity to work with Owens Corning, roofing companies need to have all of the necessary state licenses in order to roof in their state, general liability and workers compensation insurance coverage, and a good standing with The Better Business Bureau. Lastly, qualified roofers must train with Owens Corning and pass their Preferred Roofing Contractor exam.
